The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant-Asharam Rai with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2025, under Sections 76 of B.N.S. and Sections 9M/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Nawabad, District-Jhansi. At the outset, learned Additional Government Advocate pointed out that in paragraph 25 of the affidavit filed in support of bail application, the applicant has disclosed that he has no previous criminal history of any criminal case except the present one, whereas the applicant has criminal history of following two cases:- (i) Case Crime No. 1798 of 2007, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 447, 448, 471, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi. (ii) Case Crime No. 1799 of 2007, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 44
