Mr. Hare Ram Pandey, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has falsely been implicated in the case, wherein the FIR of theft has been registered against the anonymous person. The accused-applicant has been apprehended. The other co-accused have already been granted bail by the court below. Co-accused Kamlesh has already been granted bail by this Court.
