The instant second bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.316 of 2022, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Babugarh, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his first bail application has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 11.05.2023 after considering the fact that applicant is father of the deceased and incident has been witnessed by his son, his wife and his daughter-in-law and although son of the applicant has been declared hostile but his wife and his daughter-in-law till date could not be examined. 4. He further submits that he is pressing the instant second bail application on the gro
