Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Sri Ashwini Tripathi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ramanuj Tripathi appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 27 of 2023, under Sections 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Kirawali, District Agra. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that the accused-applicant is only helper of gas tanker from which a quantum of 327 kgs Ganja has been recovered. It is further submitted that co-accused-Udham Singh Dhakad, driver of the tanker, has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 17th of April, 2025 passed in Criminal Misc.Bail Application No.42927 of 2024. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be also enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that parity is no ground for bail. A huge quantity of contraband has been confiscated at the behest of the accused.
