The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Sujeet Kumar Maurya for the offence punishable under Sections 112, 318(4), 338, 336, 340(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 6, 10, 8(3), 13(5) of U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, in Case Crime No.64 of 2025, Police Station- Sarai Inayat, District- Prayagraj. 2. Sri Lalit Srivastava, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Parvat Singh, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused- applicant has falsely been implicated in the case. He was caught copying through bluetooth device in the railway examination.
