The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Neeraj Singh for the offence punishable under Sections 8/21 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 in Case Crime No. 07 of 2025, Police Station- Lotan, District- Siddharth Nagar. 3. Learned counsel appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case, the recovery of 15840 capsules of Spasprox-R has been shown from the possession of the accused-applicant. The arrest and recovery of the accused has not been made in the presence of independent witness. The mandatory provision of Section 50 N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied. There is one case of criminal history to his credit, in which he is on bail. The applicant is languishing in jail since 31.01.2025
