The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Sunita Alias Soni for the offence punishable under Sections 3/4/6 Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act in Case Crime No. 108 of 2025, Police Station- Kaushambi, District- Ghaziabad. 2. Sri Vibhu Rai, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police in the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The accused is running a spa center by the name of Bliss Wellness Spa Centre. The allegation has been levelled against her by the police of the concerned area that she is running a sex racket in the name of Spa Centre. It is further submitted that there is license to run the Spa and there is entirely false allegation against the lady. The charge sheet has been submitted in the matter.
