The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Mewa Lal Yadav for the offence punishable under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 208 of 2023, Police Station- Jiyanpur, District-Azamgarh. 3 .Sri Nikhil Kumar, learned advocate, appeared for the applicant and submits that there are two base cases in the gang chart and in both cases, applicant is acquitted. The judgments are annexed in the supplementary affidavits. There are criminal history of 11 cases shown against the accused-applicant, all the cases have been explained.
