The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant-accused in Case Crime No. 244 of 2020, under Sections 302, 316 of IPC, Police Station - Kasna (Greater Noida), District- Gautam Buddh Nagar with the prayer to enlarge the applicant- accused on bail. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court for want of prosecution vide order dated 08.01.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It was stated that as per prosecution version, alleged incident took place suddenly and that applicant has hit his wife with a Kanni & Basuli.
