The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.183 of 2020, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Pachokhara, District- Firozabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was rejected by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.10.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.29653 of 2021. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is languishing in jail since 13.8.2020, as such, he is incarcerated in jail for about four years and eleven months.
