First bail application of the applicant was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 22.03.2023 in Criminal Misc Bail Application No.14997 of 2022. By means of this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., applicant- Mukhtiyar Ahmad, who is involved in Session Trial No.11 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No.108 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Khajuriya, District Rampur seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. Brief facts of the case, which are required to be stated are that a first information report was lodged by Zahid Hussain, the brother of the deceased on 26.8.2021 inter alias with the allegations that his sister has solemnized marriage with Mukhtyar Ahmad out of her own volition on 26
