The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Kamlesh for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4) B.N.S. of 2023 and Section 4/25 Arms Act, in Case Crime No. 355 of 2024, Police Station-Paniyara, District- Maharajganj. 2. Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Tiwari, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has falsely been implicated in the case, wherein the FIR of theft has been registered against the anonymous person. The accused-applicant has been apprehended. The other co-accused have already been granted bail by the court below.
