Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:112578 Court No. - 70 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 10064 of 2025 Applicant :- Ataullah Ansari Opposite Party :- State of U.P. Counsel for Applicant :- Ajai Kumar,Ajay Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Mohammad Alam Hon'ble Dr. Gautam Chowdhary,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This is the second bail application moved on behalf of applicant. His first bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.03.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after the rejection of first bail application of the applicant, the trial has proceeded and during course of trial two prosecution witnesses i.e. P.W.-1 Noorul Hoda and P.W.-2 Masksood, were examined, who in their statement have not supported the prosecution case, which statements have been filed collectively as Annexure No. 8 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application, thus, it is argued that there is bleak chance that prosecution may prove its case beyond reasonable doubt and the applicant may be convicted. Several other submissions in order
