Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Sri Pramod Kumar, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.02 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. and 66-D I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that the accused-applicant has been implicated in the present case, wherein he has no role in the incident as only Rs.25,000/- has been transferred from account of Kuldeep as a personal loan. The account of Sadab, Khushi and Kuldeep, who are insurance agents, have been used for transferring the amount of Rs.22 lacs, transferred by informant, who has been duped by accused Alisha and Naresh Mishra against whom F.I.R. has been registered, who are main accused, and have not been arrested so far.
