The instant criminal appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 01.11.2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Firozabad, in Session Trial No. 726 of 2013 (State Vs. Baboo Ram & others), arsing out of Case Crime No. 364 of 2013, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station-Linepar, District-Firozabad, whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment with fine of Rs.15,000/-.
