This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Mukesh, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 446 of 2010, (State of U.P. vs. Mukesh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 284 of 2010, under Section- 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Adampur, District- J.P. Nagar, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant / applicant submits that it is a case of single murder. The appellant was implicated in the F.I.R only on the ground of suspicion. The only witness of last scene P.W.-10 had turned hostile.
