Present criminal appeal arises from the judgment and order dated 12.11.1984 passed by Sri K.N. Singh Special Judge (DAA), Banda in Session Trial No.465 of 1980 State Vs Lalli, Piyare Lal, Baldeo Prasad and Badri. By that order learned trial court has convicted the appellants Baldeo and Piyare Lal, under Section 396 IPC, whereas, it has acquitted the accused persons Lalli and Badri for that offence. The appellants Baldeo and Piyare Lal are on bail. 2.
