The appeal in respect of appellant no. 2 has abated vide order dated 9.7.2018. 4. Appellants have preferred this criminal appeal against the judgment dated 15.10.1984 passed by VIIth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bareilly in Sessions Trial No. 646 of 1983 wherein they have been convicted under Section 302 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life. 5.
