Present appeal arises from the judgement and order dated 08.12.2017 passed by Sri Subhash Chandra Kulshreshtha, Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Agra in Sessions Trial No. 139 of 2015 (State of U.P. Vs. Smt. Bachani Devi & 2 Ors.). By that order, the learned court below has convicted the appellants for offence under Section 302 read with Section 34 I.P.C. It has awarded them life sentence together with fine Rs. 10,000/- with default sentence of three months each. 3.
