Present criminal appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 26.05.2015 passed by Sri Satyaveer Singh Yadav, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Aligarh in Sessions Trial No. 565 of 2012 (State of U.P. Vs. Sonu), convicting the appellant under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC and sentencing him to undergo life imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs. 25,000/- and in default to undergo additional one year imprisonment. 3. The appeal has been filed by the sole appellant - Sonu S/o of Pappu Singh. By earlier order, living status report was called to ascertain the living status of the sole appellant. 4. The learned CJM, Aligarh, vide his communication dated 21.07.2025 informs that the sole appellant is dead. 5. In view of the above, the appeal does not survive. The appeal is
