This correction application has been filed praying for following corrections: "It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to allow the present correction application and to delete the sections 149, 302, 324 I.P.C in the order dated 30.05.2025 passed by Hon'ble Siddharth, J and Hon'ble Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra, J. and add the sections 147, 148 and 304 I.P.C in second paragraphs of the aforesaid order, otherwise the applicant / appellant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." This Court finds that the sections of Indian Penal Code mentioned in the order are as per the prayer in the Criminal Misc. Suspension of Sentence Application No.01 of 2023. In absence of correction in the aforesaid application the order cannot be corrected. This application
