Perused the office report dated 10.4.2025 based on the report of the learned District Judge dated 21.12.2024, according to which the record of Sessions Trial No. 380 of 1982 is lost and a preliminary enquiry no. 02 of 2023 was instituted and certain record keepers were found guilty and one of them has already died and the others have already retired. Along with the report, the enquiry report submitted by the Enquiry Officer has been annexed. 3. It has also been report that accused Kalu s/o Ghansham (appellant no. 1) died on 15.2.2024. The statement of his son Manish was recorded on 21.2.2024 who stated that his father Kalu has died on 15.2.2024 and he does not have any knowledge of pendency of any criminal case against his father. He stated he does not have any documents in relation to concerned case. 4. Accordingly,
