Present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 14.08.1984 passed by Shri Rajendra Nath, Special Judge (Additional Sessions Judge), Gorakhpur, in Sessions Trial No. 455 of 1983 (State Vs. Taruni Khatik and others), convicting and sentencing the appellants under Section 302/34 IPC for imprisonment of life. 3. Shri Ashok Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the appellants, states that the sole surviving appellant no.1-Ramjee Kalwar is dead. 4. Order sheet reveals, living status report of the appellant no.1 was called earlier. Office report dated 29.7.2025 indicates that the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur, vide his communication dated 24.7.2025, has also reported that the sole surviving appellant-Ramjee Kalwar is dead. Such report has been submitted after due verification
