Both appeals arise from the judgment and order dated 12.05.2015 passed by Fast Track Court No. 2/Additional Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad in Sessions Trial No. 1227 of 2013 (State Vs. Manjeet Kumar and Gaurav Singh). Thereby, both appellants have been convicted for the offence under Section 302 IPC. They have been sentenced
