Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 13.08.1985 passed by Sri Gaya Prasad, II Additional Sessions Judge, Mirzapur in Sessions Trial No. 325 of 1984 (State Vs. Lal Dai & Ors.), convicting and sentencing the appellants under Section 302 I.P.C. for imprisonment of life and under Section 201 I.P.C. for five years rigorous imprisonment. 3. Order sheet reveals living status report of the appellants called earlier. Vide communication dated 26.10.2021, CJM, Mirzapur reported that all the three appellants - Sheo Nath, Kashi and Lal Dai are dead. 4. In view of the above, the present appeal has abated.
