Present criminal appeal arises from the judgement and order dated 25.04.2015, passed by Sri Anil Kumar IX, Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Chitrakoot in S.T. No. 10 of 2013, (State versus Jagdish and another), arising out of Case Crime No.244 of 2012, under Sections 307/34 & 302/34 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Karwi, District Chitrakoot. By that order learned Court below has convicted both the appellants, namely, Jagdish and Smt. Soniya for offence under Sections 302/34 IPC- for causing the murder of Sonu and under Section 307/34 IPC for attempt to murder of injured Devi Dayal. 3.
