Learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned AGA are present. 3. C. J. M., Gorakhpur vide his letter dated 17.2.2025 has informed this Court that appellant no. 1 Piarey, S/o Jagdhar died twenty years back. In verification of his death, statement of Sunil, S/o of Piarey has been recorded. Death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Teekar, Tehsil-Bansgaon, district-Gorakhpur has also been annexed. It has been further reported by the C. J. M., Gorakhpur that the appellant no. 2 Ram Darash has also passed away about eighteen years back. In verification of his death, statements of Sunil and Paras Nath, have been recorded. Death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Teekar, Tehsil-Bansgaon, district-Gorakhpur has also been annexed along with police report. 4.
