Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 29.03.1985 passed by Shri Irshad Hussain, Special Judge/Additional Sessions Judge, Pilibhit, in Sessions Trial No. 78 of 1984 (State Vs. Atma Ram, Babu Ram, Jeewan and Sewa ram), convicting and sentencing the appellants under Section 302/34 IPC for imprisonment of life. 3. Vide order dated 31.05.2018, the appeal filed by the appellant no. 1, Atma Ram has been declared abated. 4. At present, office report has reported on the strength of the report submitted by CJM, Pilibhit, dated 24.06.2025 that the appellant no. 2, Babu Ram has also died. 4.
