By way of the note for speaking to minutes dated 29.07.2025, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order of this Court dated 03.07.2025, through oversight and inadvertence, the number of criminal case is wrongly mentioned as Criminal Case No. 26/2001 and further, the date of the complaint is also shown as 18.12.2001 in Paragraphs-3 and 13 thereof, which is not correct. Hence,
