This appeal under Section 13(1A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 ('the Act, 2015') has been filed by the appellant aggrieved of the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by the Commercial Court No. 2, Agra, whereby the Commercial Court has disposed of the execution proceedings in full satisfaction. 2. As apparently the appeal against the order dated 13.02.2025 under Section 13(1A) of the Act, 2015 is not maintainable, counsel for the appellant prays that the present appeal may be ordered to be converted into a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and may be ordered to be listed before appropriate Bench. 3. In view of the submissions made, the appellant is permitted to convert the present appeal into a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The office is directed to register the same and list the same before appropria
