This petition has been filed challenging the Judgment dated 05.09.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, ‘Tribunal’) in Original Application No. 4123/2023 (hereinafter referred to as, ‘OA’) titled Bir Sen Rathi v. The Commissioner (MCD) and Anr, allowing the OA filed by the petitioner herein with the following directions: “5.
