The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as “CPC”] against the order dated 01.04.2022 passed by learned ASCJ, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Order”]. By the Impugned Order, two Applications under Order VII Rule 14(3) of the CPC and three Applications under Section 151 of the CPC filed by the Petitioner has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court. 2.
