The present criminal writ petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the Order dated 08.07.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (‘JMFC’), whereby direction has been issued to release / transfer of amount of Rs. 4,75,70,000/-, lying in the bank account of the petitioner, to the bank account of respondent no.2 – Ashima Nayyar. 2.
