Petitioners herein have filed a petition under Section 6, 7, 12 and 17 read with Setion 25 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 seeking custody of their minor grand-daughter. 2. Such grand-daughter is eight years old, her date of birth being 11.01.2017. 3. It is informed that she is a special child since birth and is under constant treatment and, therefore, the request in the present petition is, merely, to the effect that the learned Judge, Family Court, may be requested to expeditiously dispose of the abovesaid petition, particularly, keeping in mind such special condition of the child. 4. The petition has been filed last year only. 6.
