Issue a Writ, Order or Direction, to the Respondents to increase the subsistence allowance of the Petitioner from 50% to 75% as per Rule 24 of University Non-Teaching Employees (Terms and Conditions of Service) Rules 2013 and as per Government of India Rules FR 53 (1) (ii) (a) with effect from 02.11.2022 and that the arrears be paid along with an interest of twelve percent per annum. 2.
