This appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('the Act') is directed against judgement dated 18.01.2025 passed by the Commercial Court, Gorakhpur whereby the application filed by the appellants under Section 34 of the Act against award dated 05.02.2022 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal has been rejected. 2.
