The appeal is barred by 9 days. An application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal. The application seeking condonation of delay is not opposed by counsel for the respondent. 3. For the reasons indicated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the same is allowed.
