This appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('the Act') is directed against judgment dated 19.09.2024 passed by the Commercial Court, Bareilly whereby the application filed by the respondents under Section 34 of the Act has been allowed and the award dated 04.08.2016 has been set aside. 2. The office has reported the appeal as barred by 154 days. 3. An application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal. 4.
