This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 0144/2016, dated 24.02.2016, registered at P.S Jamia Nagar, Delhi under Sections 354(D) IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom. As per the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner was stalking the complainant. FIR bearing no. 0144/2016 under Section 354(D) IPC was accordingly registered at the instance of the complainant. 3. It has been submitted that petitioner has tendered an apology to the complainant and such apology has been accepted by the complainant, and therefore, complainant has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. 4. Parties are physically present before the Court. They have been identified by their respective counsels as well as by the Investigating Officer SI Pardeep Malik from PS Jamia Nagar 5. .Complainant present in Court confirms that petitioner has tendered his apology and has assured that he will never follow her or try to interact with her.
