Learned APP accompanied with Investigating Officer/SI Mahavir accepts notice and after discussing with the Investigating Officer, learned APP fairly concedes that on the principle of parity with co-accused Asif Khan and Deepak Tyagi, the present accused/applicant also may be granted regular bail. 3. The copies of orders dated 27.03.2025 and 14.05.2025 whereby accused Asif Khan and Deepak Tyagi were granted regular bail are respectively Annexure A-5 and A-6 to the bail application.
