Learned APP accompanied with Investigating Officer/SI Mahavir accepts notice and after discussing with the Investigating Officer, learned APP fairly concedes that on the principle of parity with co-accused Asif Khan and Deepak Tyagi, the present accused/applicant also may be granted regular bail. 3.
