(Old Act) / Section 528 BNSS (New Act) for quashing of FIR No. 388/2020 date 03.11.2020 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at Police Station K N Katju Marg, Delhi. 2. Marriage between the petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 was solemnized on 10.06.2020 according to Sikh rites and rituals and no CRL.M.C. 8093/2024 2020. Pursuant to this, the aforesaid FIR was lodged and chargesheet was filed. 3. During the proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes and entered into a Compromise/Settlement Deed.
