This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the order of cancellation of registration dated 15.10.2024. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the proceedings seeking revocation of the cancellation of registration were pending before the competent authority. However, during the course of the submissions, counsel for the petitioner submits that the said revocation application also stands rejected during the pendency of the present petition. 3. In view of the above fact situation, wherein during the pendency of the present petition, subsequent event has taken place, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, leaving it open for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
