This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the order dated 22.10.2024, Annexure-11, passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Circle, Agra whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 154 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 ('the Act'), has been rejected. 2. Submission has been made that the petitioner had approached this Court by filing Writ Tax No. 1236 of 2024, which came to be decided on 27.8.2024 inter-alia requiring the respondent to grant opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and thereafter, decide the application filed by it under Section 154 of the Act within a period of eight weeks. 3. Grievance raised is that the authority before passing the order dated 22.10.2024 did not afford any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as was directed by this Co
