This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the order dated 22.10.2024, Annexure-13, passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Circle, Agra whereby the objections filed by the petitioner to notice under Section 153-C(1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, have been rejected. 2. Submissions have been made that against issuance of notice, the petitioner had approached this Court by filing Writ Tax No. 392 of 2023 which came to be decided on 31.3.2023 giving a direction to the respondents to deal with the assessment proceedings strictly in accordance with law keeping in mind the observations made in the order.
