This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a decision on the representation dated 27.11.2024 (Annexure No. 7) filed by the petitioner. 2. Submissions have been made that the license of the petitioner for the year 2019-20 was cancelled by the respondents, against which writ petition was allowed by this Court on 03.04.2024, whereby the license of the petitioner was restored/respondents were directed to revive/renew the same, whereafter the petitioner has made a representation on 27.11.2024 pertaining to the working of the license and in relation to the annual MGQ/Bulk Liters, however, the said representation has not been decided by the respondents. 3.
