This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to Respondent No.4, District Excise Officer, Banda to pass an order on an application dated 21.11.2024 (Annexure-7) filed by the petitioner seeking shifting of the location of the liquor shop in question. 2. Submissions have been made that petitioner had approached this Court earlier by filing Writ Tax No. 1168 of 2024 which came to be decided on 03.09.2024 requiring the District Magistrate to look into the matter and pass an order.
