The petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to decide the pending application made by him. 2. A perusal of the application (Annexure-4 to the writ petition) made by the petitioner reveals that the petitioner has required the Tax Superintendent, to partition his house as the property, which was in his mother's name, was succeeded by him along with his brother and now his brother has died and the children of his brother, were ill treating him and therefore, the house in question was prayed to be partitioned. 3. The representation made along with prayer for partition of the house to the Tax Superintendent is apparently misplaced.
