Submissions have been made that aggrieved of the demand raised, petitioner has filed objection, however, on the one hand, the objection remained pending, on the other hand the petitioner is being coerced into making payment of the house tax and, therefore, the respondent no. 3 may be directed to decide the objection filed by the petitioner. 3.
