This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the challans issued to him on 2.8.2022, 14.9.2022 and 28.09.2022 qua the overloading of goods. 2. Submission has been made that the department is repeatedly issuing challans to harass the petitioner. 3. From a perusal of the petition, nothing has been indicated as to why the petitioner was required to wait for over two years in questioning the validity of the challans and further no ground worth the name has been raised to question the validity of the said challans in the petition. 4. No case for interference is made out in the petition and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
