Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to consider the application of the petitioners filed by them U/s 32 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and to restore the entry of their name in the revenue record in respect to the land in question Gata No. 139 area 1 Bigha 1 Biswa, situated in village Dharauti Khurd, Tehsil Loni, District Ghaziabad." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid application is pending since 2024. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
