This writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to evict the respondent no. 4 to 8 from the plot no. 613 situated at Village- Budhansapur, Tehsil- Machhalishahar, District- Jaunpur in compliance of the order dated 22.02.2007 passed by the Tehsildar, Tehsil- Machhalishahar, Jaunpur in cases U/s 122B of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act and confirmed vide order dated 13.07.2007 passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Jaunpur. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents to demolish the construction raised by the respondent no. 4 to 8 in the public utility plot in question i.e. plot no. 613 situated in Village- Budhansapur, Tehsil- Machhalish
